My walk-in shower is amazing, very satisfied. Aidan, Massi and Julien did an excellent job!!

The quality of the finished shower renovation was more than we could have ever dreamed of. Most impressive was the installation pros ( Jake and Nick ) who worked with excellent attention to detail. They consulted with us as the project was winding down to confirm our choices on the bars and shelves. Jake and Nick were very respectful of our home, it was the best decision we made to go with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of S.Ont.

Out designer, (Lisa Santos), arrived on time and was very friendly and personable. She explained our options and offered her expert opinions on questions we had. There was no rush on her part for us to make a decision. Neither my wife nor I thought we would make a commitment the same day as the presentation, but we felt so comfortable with her and her professionalism, we decided to proceed!

We've had a fantastic experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Right from the start with the salesman, Avi, who was so personable and knowledgeable. Massi and Haris did the install and again very personable and knowledgeable. Asking us along the way how we wanted different accessories positioned and having good suggestions to help us decide. Everyone was so respectful. We are extremely happy with the end result. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jacuzzi

We had a very positive experience thanks to Lisa! She was right on time, and very pleasant & professional! She was very helpful and explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions about having our bathtub converted to a shower. Lisa made our decision to have Jacuzzi do the work alot easier. The designer who visited me, Ali, was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the company. He explained everything to me and was patient with my questions. I am very impressed with the products Jacuzzi uses and I know I can trust the Jacuzzi name to stand beh8nd the work. Having said all that, I also decided that this was not the right time for me to make this purchase so a few days after I ordered, I emailed to request to cancel. Kellie was so very helpful and I was able to cancel my order without any hassle. I'm thinking a year from now I will be better situated to make this investment and I will DEFINITELY call Jacuzzi.

The salesman Jake was very good. He visited us on two occasions. He was very polite, very positive and took time to make a thorough explanation on any questions my wife and I had. He knows the product very well. I would recommend him to any friends entertaining a purchase of Jacuzzi.

We had the great pleasure of meeting Avi, your amazing sales representative. He was very professional, detailed, thorough and most of all respectful and nice. I was not feeling well, and had a severe migraine at 5am this morning. Avi's pleasant, calm personality made me feel better. We would have loved to buy a Jacuzzi product from Avi, but we have a large sized, unusual shaped tub. Unfortunately we couldn't find the right fit. Despite Avi not getting the sale, he continued to provide great advice, options for us, while maintaining the same, genuine kind demeanor. He is truly a "One of a Kind Person". We had an excellent experience getting a new walk-in shower with the team at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. They are very friendly, professional, and efficient and gave a thorough and transparent presentation. We're really happy with the teak folding seat. It's super easy to use, makes the shower really safe and accessible, and is easy to clean. Very pleased and impressed with the final result. Would highly recommend!

We recently had our outdated tub/shower unit replaced with a new Jacuzzi walk-in shower, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The previous setup presented safety concerns as we age, and we are relieved to have eliminated the risk of falls or slips. As long-term Jacuzzi customers, having been participants in the Jacuzzi For Life hot tub program for the past thirteen years, we had complete confidence in their ability to deliver a quality installation. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded, with top-tier workmanship and high-quality components throughout. The ability to enter our shower safely is a significant relief, and we particularly appreciate the soft-close doors and strategically placed handrails for added safety. A heartfelt thank you to Jake and Nick for their courteousness, professionalism, and the excellent job they did.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Ontario was amazing. Great communication beforehand with scheduling. I loved the 3D rendering so I could see exactly what it would look like. They brought samples to our place to choose from. Nick was amazing! So hardworking, and made it all happen smoothly. We've had other construction jobs done by other companies that took months. I was happy to pay a little more to get it done in two days. They showed up on time, early and stayed late to get it done as promised in two days! Our old tub was removed, and the glass was installed that makes it so much brighter in the shower area. We installed safety features so my elderly parents could use the space safely and we can grow old in this home. I highly recommend! So happy with the finished project.

I am absolutely loving our new jacuzzi bath remodel by Nautilus Bath Remodel! The finished product exceeded my expectations! The install team was top notch! They had great communication throughout the entire project. At demolish/install time they worked 2 long hard days and then it was all completed! They even vacuumed the staircase when they were done each day! Wow- So impressive! They delivered a high quality product with highly trained staff! I would recommend in a heartbeat.
